Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions Workshops

Put Life Back in Your Life! Call now to sign-up for a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions workshop, designed for adults age 55 and older and/or their caregivers who would like to take charge of their ongoing health problems and learn techniques to gain relief from their pain, fatigue, and other symptoms.
Two (2) six-week workshops are currently being offered for the low, one-time cost of $10.00 per person ($18.95 for non-Indiana residents).

SOUTH BEND
The first workshop will be held at the William C. Ellison Apartments, 3505 W. Washington St., South Bend, IN; each Monday from August 16, 2010 through September 27, 2010; from 2:00pm to 4:30pm.

The second workshop will be held at the Center for Hospice Care, 22579 Old US 20 East, Elkhart, IN; each Tuesday from August 24, 2010 through September 28, 2010; from 1:30pm to 4:00pm.
