Self - Sufficiency Program 

The Family Development Consultant/Case Manager works with families to help identify goals and develop an action plan to meet those goals. The twelve areas of family growth are: Energy, Housing, Income, Adult Education, Child Development & Education, Family Relations, Employment, Transportation, Support Systems, Health, Nutrition and Substance Abuse.
